Optimizing Montague Bikes’ Google Remarketing Ads

Over the past few months, Montague Bikes’ Google Remarketing Display Ads have experienced a decline in both spending and conversion rates. The 300×250 display ads, which historically generated the most traffic, have also been deprioritized by Google and have not performed as well.

A key factor may be seasonal changes, which have led to fewer website visitors and a shrinking remarketing pool. Additionally, the landing pages and artwork have become outdated, failing to engage the current target audience.

To address these challenges, we’ve decided to create new artwork with updated messaging, sizes, and design elements for both In-market and remarketing target audiences. We will conduct A/B testing to identify the best-performing version and then allocate more of the budget to the highest-performing ads.
